Shipping Information

USA Shipping Policy

We understand that timely order processing, shipment and delivery are important in helping reach and stay on top of your health and wellness goals.  Please note, due to increased demand, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit times. We suggest you evaluate your current product needs to ensure you have ample supply on hand in the event that there are transportation delays.

While we aim to process your shipment within 2 business days Monday-Friday, if you need your order within a specific timeframe we would suggest requesting an expedited shipping method. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST enter the fulfillment process the following business day.

Flat-rate shipping within the United States is via UPS Ground or SurePost via USPS. UPS and USPS do not deliver to APO, FPO, DPO or PO Boxes. We recommend shipping to a business or home address to prevent shipping delays. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment and can be tracked on the carrier’s website for package travel history and delivery dates. 

UPS GROUND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES (IN BUSINESS DAYS)

  • UPS Ground delivery to Residential addresses is Monday-Sunday, between 9am and 8pm.
  • UPS Ground delivery to Business addresses is Monday-Friday, by the end of business day.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipping Policy

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii is by UPS Express. Standard Ground Shipping and Economy Shipping are unavailable to Alaska and Hawaii.  Shipping to Puerto Rico is processed by UPS, but delivered by USPS SurePost.
