We do not accept returns of products or exchanges of products purchased through myclinicshop.com/mwlc at any physical Medical Weight Loss Clinic location.
If damaged or defective items are received, email orders@mwlc.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment. A copy of a receipt or photo of the damage may be requested.
Please note that in warmer temperatures, there is some risk that supplement bars will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot always control the temperature and conditions of shipments once sent. These items are not considered damaged or defective.
All damaged products must be reported through the Medical Weight Loss Clinic Corporate Office by email at orders@mwlc.com.
Products are shipped via standard ground UPS shipping, estimated time of arrival depending on destination. Shipping charges are dependent on weight and shipping destination and will be calculated at checkout. Free Shipping on Orders Over $200.00. We do not ship outside of the United States. We aim to process your shipment within 2 business days Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST enter the fulfillment process the following business day.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may based on our discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
