This is a 6-month membership for NEW participants to our Phase 1 Program, which is the weight loss phase of the KU Weight Management Program. This program purchase includes weekly group classes led by a health educator via Zoom and includes the $99 Balance Smart Scale and MyHealthyJourney mobile app.
Classes are offered at several times and days each week. The nutrition plan incorporates a combination of grocery foods and meal replacements found on this site to ensure a nutritionally complete meal plan. This structured nutrition plan is designed to complement the nutrition, activity, and lifestyle education to impact lasting change. Food purchases to support your nutrition plan are not included in this membership price.
