• You must be a registered member of the NovoLiver Program to order the Numetra Very Low-Calorie Diet (VLCD) meal replacements. Meal replacements are meant only for consumption by registered members.
• Some of the Numetra VLCD meal replacements may contain the top 8 allergens (including wheat, soy, eggs, tree nuts, crustation shellfish, dairy, peanuts, fish). These products may also contain soy oil or lecithin, gluten, or lactose.  To avoid the risk of an allergic reaction or adverse effect, we urge you to carefully read the ingredient label that is listed with every product. 
• Once your order is placed and fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation number from UPS. UPS delivers your products to your local post office (USPS). Once the order is dropped off at your post office (USPS) you will receive a second tracking number from USPS. USPS will then deliver your order to your home. Please note, no signature is required for your order to be delivered. Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box. We cannot be held responsible for products once delivered to your address.

Warm climates deliveries: During peak temperatures, it is recommended that you place any orders on Monday to be delivered by Friday, so that the integrity of the products can be maintained as much as possible (please note chocolate coated products are particularly vulnerable to damage from heat).
